Step.1
It seems that there is problem with the hard drive or motherboard
Run Check Disk to Fix Windows 7 Enterprise Safe Mode Problems
Reboot your PC and press F8 key continously until Menu appears in DOS mode.
Select command prompt from the list. Now in the command prompt type
chkdsk c: /f /r
(space after chkdsk & space after c: ) & then press Enter
This may take some time. You may get an error windows cannot check the Disk
Do you want to run on reboot
Type Yes or Y & press Enter
Reboot Computer
Step.2
Click On Start Menu >> Click On Search Menu
In the Search menu type cmd rightclick cmd.exe & click run as administrator
Input the following command and press Enter
sfc /scannow
Step.3
Enable builtin admin account
Click On Start Menu >> Click On Search Menu
In the Search menu type cmd rightclick cmd.exe & click run as administrator
net user administrator /active:yes
Log off and log on the Administrator account.
If the issue persists, you can disable autorestart Disable autorestart
Click On Start Menu >> Click On Search box
Type in search box SYSDM.CPL & then press Enter
Click On the Advanced tab >> click On Settings button under Startup and Recovery
Uncheck the Automatically restarts box & then Click Ok .
